It’s June and the market is steady, staying slightly in the Sellers favor. The Median list price has risen to $570,000 in the PDX Metro area and Days on Market has dropped to 81 on average. The number of single family houses for sale is still low in Portland but has increased lately giving buyers more options. The market should remain the same through Summer and I don’t expect any drastic changes in the short term.
