For May, the market is slightly in the Sellers favor with low inventory of SFR houses for sale in Portland. The Median list price has risen to $550,000 in the PDX Metro area. Days on Market has dropped to 88 on average which is about the same as April. One stat that stands out to me is 40% of properties show a price decrease so prices should level off for now. All in all the market seems steady with no major up or down movement likely for the rest of Spring and Summer.
