March 2018 Real Estate Market Update.
It’s March, and with our recent cold snap, real estate buyers and sellers are just getting started in 2018. Portland’s single family residential housing inventory has held steady at or around 995 for the past couple months. The number of new listings coming up for sale are barely keeping up with demand and this trend is driving prices higher with buyers competing for what is available.
